You don't really need a weight gainer protein powder or creatine if you want to bulk. You should just eat more food and increase your protein intake. Remember that protein doesn't come from just meat but you can get it from nuts as well etc. Only get protein powder if you think you aren't getting the right amount. Just make sure to eat more than you do now and work out.
The reason i take protein and creatine, is because i cant afford to eat every 3 hours is what i currently do, so this is just an extra for me. Taking creatine gets me big quick and more defined, i know because i have been taking it on and of for the last 10 years, but your right you dont need creatine, as you get it even in normal foods such as meats, but this is a faster and cheaper process that works for me.

Yeah mate that's fair enough. I was just saying to the thread starter that you don't need all of that unless you can get access to meals and are meeting your protein needs. If you don't then a protein shake is a quick and easy way to get your intake.
