Its turned on, but the PDF still isnt working. Its telling me the same thing. Anyway to fix?

I would recommend for this instance using another browser as chrome has changed a lot if its features and adapted it's own which some sites have not changed yet...

Uninstall the plugin/application
Control panel > Uninstall program > Adobe Reader
Reinstall it as a local ADMIN account.
Alternatively, use Firefox or Edge
