This is my current PC.
(Not the right case but my one isn't on the site. Same Dimensions though)
What would be the next part to upgrade? I'm thinking a better CPU. But what?
I won't be buying it yet. Probably in January time but the budget would probably be around 100GBP.
Some games I want to play like the new Assassin's creed say they need an i5 on can you run it so maybe one of them? But I don't think a 100GBP budget would let me get one of them so should I just save up?

post again in January then. No need as prices will shift, either up or down. IF you really wanted to performance increase, you could look around on eBay, for a used i7 6700; or either of what you listed.
