Never had a problem with paypal myself, maybe im just lucky

thats why i never do paypal stuff because they f you up badly your friend has to contact paypal but they wont do jack all but he will need to pay to get back to 0.00$ or anything positive let this be a lesson wire transfer is better imo(still risky but better then paypal since the person can steal all your money in paypal)
