Hey, So I've recently just got into BMX, been smashing it and hard grinding for the past few days but I'm really starting to hurt physically, really want to improve at BMX in general, any advice on pain/tricks i could learn and how to do them, would also like to see your guys bikes!

use to bmx, i wasn't really good at it considering the fact i never really had many spots but i could do manuals, a pretty high bunny hop, almost a full 360, bunny hop and stick to a small rail, footjams, crankflips, and a wheelie barspin, and a few more simple tricks

When I was around the age of 14 y/o I use to bmx didn't last that long as I ended up getting into scootering, and other stuff.

Used to a little bit when I was younger. There wasnt anywhere to really go where I lived at the time though so all I could do was bunny hops, manuals, and 180s. Tried to get back in to it a year ago and I cant do jack shit these days lmfao, too fat now.

I used to be half decent at skating because it was easier for me to find small spots to skate. Again though, stopped for years and I can barely manage an ollie now.

When I was really young, I was bad ass at scootering but havent touched one of those since I was about 8 or 9.
