I prefer my steak to be cooked medium rare. The greatest steak I've ever eaten was at Delmonico's Steakhouse in Orlando, FL - it was a 24oz steak, cooked to order, and the cost was about $30.

Definitely medium-rare for me. Ive had good steaks at a few expensive restaurants. But, nothing beats a steak over a wood fire that I can cook myself!

There is nothing like professionally spiced blackened steak cooked medium well. So yummy!

Medium well... sometimes medium rare comes out good also.
I just dont do my steak sitting in a pool of blood or all the way red in the middle. I like pink
