So i see videos of people on youtube with the same graphics card and cpu as I, I have an RX 460 4GB, and a FX 6300, Im mostly trying to fix this issue on H1Z1, but it occurs on all games not just H1Z1, I see them getting 50-60 frames without recording on high, and when i run H1Z1 on all low, even on 720p i barely get 30-40 fps. Before you ask, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers. I have done a bit of research before posting this and none of the other posts on any other forums seem to have any sort of solution, My Cpu isnt bottlenecking my GPU i have checked, I should also mention my PSU is 600W EVGA, plenty enough to run my RX 460.

Are you sure they have the same card as you?

Try running a programm to see how the gpu is performing while you are playing or run a benchmark

Im positive its the same card, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] skip to about 4:05 and look at the GTAV benchmark, I can run GTAV on normal and not even get 60 FPS, but this clearly shows him getting above 60 on high, Im installing Unigine Heaven rn to test that.

After running Unigine Heaven, I got a score of 886, and compared to others ive seen get scores around 775, same settings, somehow i got a higher score but yet i still cant seem to even get close in performance on games. If my fps dropped by a few fps like 2-6, i would be totally okay with it, but i cant even run GTAV on normal above 60fps.

Are you sure it's not your CPU? Have you checked your GPU, CPU and RAM usage while in game?

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] should tell you what you need to know.

Are you running any overclocks?

Ive recently discovered that my CPU is definitely bottlenecking my GPU, but the issue with that is, in the videos of other people with the same setup, they arent being bottlenecked, and i am running a slight overclock, base 3.5 oc to 3.6 since. almost a useless overclock, i have a backup x4 860k laying around, which i recently switched my fx 6300 out for, and the fps doesnt change, but both still bottleneck, and the 860k is OCed to 4.0 ghz, either way my CPU should not be bottlenecking my gpu, as shown in multiple videos.

How are you testing for this?

The only way to get around a bottleneck is to overclock the CPU to a much higher frequency. That CPU will probably handle 4.5Ghz Easily. Depending on the board you have and the cooling capacity too.

Else, You'll have to upgrade to a new CPU / mobo and potentially, RAM.

Just make sure it's defo the CPU before you go out buying new things.

if its only for h1z1 it could just be the optimization of the game because it runs better on some computers then it does others, even computers with the same specs
