I literally tried everything.
New fresh copy of BO2. No corrupted files.
All TU18 Files.
Tesseract.dll
Modded default_mp.xex
All DLC in the 00000002 folder.
Along with the TU in the 000B0000 folder.
Tried first without any modded files.
Tried without the raw folder.
Still nothing.
But if I launch default.xex it will play Campaign and Zombies (Online) weird.
But if I click on Multiplayer through there it will also give me the Black Screen.
So wtf is the deal?!?!?!?!?!
I'm confused as can be.

mine does this but the opposite, i can launch default_mp.xex but it will fatal crash when I launch default.xex
