Don't buy that. RAM is ridiculously over priced. CPU makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Cooler is a bad choice. We can't suggest a motherboard without knowing the rest of your specs, like your case.

Z170 & Z270 Boards, would go for the Z270 tho. I dont think there are any Z270 boards that support anything other than DDR4, i think there were some boards on Z170 that still supported DDR3
