appreciate it, but they keep throwing the preview program around, does that mean people that aren't in the preview program is gonna lose out on these exclusives?

From what i just read the preview program has been opened up to all users now! But i highly doubt they would only let those players get the exclusives, its probably gonna be exclusive for all players when the game is truly released and not just a tossed around date.
