So for right now i have 1 my setup right now is Corona 4gb RGH ive had for some time i have a retail as well with a 320gb hdd but i would rather use it for the retail but i took my broken laptops hdd with like 140gb about and ive downloaded some ISOs on the rgh and transferred the best i can in bits and pieces with the 4gb drive i have its all i got and im broke and im just trying to find the best way transfer files because i got the Teapot server and with the week trial i ended up using half the week downloading games since its hard to transfer because my laptop im using to mod is a frankenstein its a 2ghz with like 1gig of ram upgraded from xp to vista (which it being vista hard to get some programs to mod to work like horizzon but i manage that part) so sorry for the story i just want you to know what i got to understand better but just looking for best way to go back in forth since the games were mostly COD i will have to extract them to mod them i tried to transfer MW2 from rgh to laptop with Neighborhood and its been at it all day and like half done so if any recommendations

Transferring thru Xbox 360 neighborhood works pretty fast. I have never had any issues

i actually get faster via FileZilla then Neighborhood

FileZilla is faster than neighbourhood for really everything. Bigger files through neighbourhood takes forever, so with games and big files i usually just use my USB drive and transfer it via that way.
