i DOUBT its an 'ip' ban to all call of duties lol
the only reasonable solution i have would be to DMZ your xbox ip or forward every individual port on it. if that doesnt work then id just wait a few days and see if it still happens once all the flooding of players on their servers go down. WW2 would more than likely be down for you and much for a lot of people so dont worry about that.
anyways, heres some tutorials on dmz and port forwarding and if you're skeptical about DMZ (opens all ports and poses security threat, not really for xbox tho so id do dmz) i left a list of the ports for you to forward individually to your xbox ip.
DMZ / FORWARDING TUTORIAL (just in case you're not familiar with how it works.)
on pc open command prompt, once open type in ' ipconfig '.
once the info loads look for default gateway and type that in at the top of your browser. (should look like 192.168 then the rest)
once you're on the router site itll ask you for user name and password. the user and pass is located on your router on a sticker somewhere, if too lazy you can attempt these 3 combinations.
User / password
-------------------------------
cusadmin / password
admin / password
admin / wifi password
once you logged in the interface should be confusing but you want to explore around till you find DMZ and/or PORT FORWARDING.
general locations may be in Security, Admin, or Wireless if those options are applicable id check there first to be more time consuming.
once you found the choice you want find the 2nd part below which matches your choice
DMZ
-----------
There should be a text box with a label of, ip address.
you want to put your xbox ip in there and apply changes, save, and enable it.
to find xbox ip you go to your network settings and it should be the IPV4 address or just ip address (should be similar to default gateway IP.)
once all steps are complete id restart my router and keep it off for a few minutes then go check on an older cod since WW2 servers are being flooded by multiple users right now.
PORT FORWARDING
--------------
You want to add a new port, in my case it says 'Add New Rule', youd click what ever it offers and should come with a few fields to fill out and options
there should be a box asking for an IP much similar to DMZ. you want to put your xbox ip in there
to find xbox ip you go to your network settings and it should be the IPV4 address or just ip address (should be similar to default gateway IP.)
you now want to open the ports spoiler below this.
once you have the list of ports subtle to your peripheral vision, you want to match the protocols to the ports and include your xbox ip (obviously). you want to do this to private port and public port (if it comes with multiple options). if it asks for common application or something similar ignore it. if it aks for application name put it to something like xbox, it is optional but is good to asset in organization.
MAKE SURE THE PORT IS ACTIVE AND NOT DISABLED!

Ports
3075 (UDP)
3076 (UDP)
Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
UDP Port 3544 (UDP)
UDP Port 4500 (UDP)
good luck
