Really wouldn't mind figuring out how to get all my pictures and stuff from my old iPhone 4s
Its still on ios 7 something and it is stuck on like the iPhone restore screen
But it fails to restore every time with like an error code -1
Any way to get past that?
Tried just about everything. Might just buy a new one but if I did would I be able to load my old phones backup to it? from ios 7

The best thing to do is to use Apple Support because that is the best and most efficent way to help someone.

Do you get an option to extract your photos when you plug in your iPhone to your laptop through Photos on mac or windows explore/windows import tool?
