I recently purchased the Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard and I went to install Razer Synapse so I can customize the colors on my keyboard and when I tried to open the program it gave me this error.

That's very strange I've never had this issue with mine. Try Uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it! I've also read this can be a problem on razors end. When they seem to have logging in issues this seems to popup.
