Ok let's start this off with some info from you

What species are you looking into

If you are just wanting suggestions

Leopard geckos are wonderful starting reptiles

They have great personality and come in many different colours and patterns they're extremely easy to care for i currently have 20 all you need is about a 10 gallon tank with a mesh lid to allow ventilation i wouldn't put them together as it can result in one or both missing tails

So all you need is a

Heat mat
Tank
Water dish
And another dish for vitamins as they will lick the powder when they need to
Then some decorations
And at least 2 different hides one on the cool side and one on the heat mat

You only need to feed them once a day but if they're not hungry it's not a big deal if they don't eat i feed mine before I got to sleep as they are nocturnal

I feed mine super worms

If you need some more help feel free to PM me

Another note try to not buy them from pet stores do your best to buy them from a reputable breeder or rescue one it goes a long way
