I have a iPhone 6s Plus and ive looked around but cant find one. Unless I am just not noticing it.

A developer jailbreak for most phones from 11.1.X and below have a jailbreak. Cydia and substrate have to be updated before it will be used for the masses without messing up your phone which should hopefully be soon.

Im running IOS 11.1 on a iphone X. Are they working on a 11.1 jailbreak right now? Is that what all the hype has been about lately in the jailbreak world?

There's not one at this time, but you can get jailbreak apps on a non jailbroken device
