By the time you have money, there should be some new CPUs and motherboards available. So save up the money first, then post again when you're ready to buy.

You'll probably be looking at something like a Coffee Lake Pentium and RX 570/3GB GTX 1060, or Coffee Lake i3 with GTX 1050Ti.
