I am wanting to upgrade my main monitor (1 of 3) to 144Hz.

Have two questions:

1. Is there going to be any negative effects having the 2 60Hz monitors and the 1 144Hz monitors running together considering i will only be gaming on the 144Hz monitor?

2. What is the best 144Hz monitor i could get with around 300GBP?

There should be no issues running a 60Hz and 144Hz side by side. The only issue I hear is that the mouse looks less smooth when switching from 144Hz to the 60Hz monitors.

You can get the VG248QE (1080p, 144hz, TN Panel) for 238GBP on Amazon [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Or you could spend the full 300GBP for the AOC Agon AG251FZ (1080p, 240hz, TN Panel) this monitor is 240Hzhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MXTEJ7A

Or you could spend a bit more than 300GBP for a 1440p, 144Hz, TN Panel monitor [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Thanks! think ill go with the 1080p@144Hz one, don't think i have a need for a higher resolution or higher than 144Hz refresh rate.

That's good to know! I mainly play CSGO and have started to get quite into the competitive side of it so have been reading up on 144Hz monitors and how they make the game feel so much smoother and just general windows usage as well so has got me hooked into getting one aha.
