Guess what happened, they started a ban/reset wave and ended up catching a lot of 100% legitimate players in the wave. Many known legit users were complaining on Twitter and other forms of social media. What happened after they realized real legitimate players got banned? They undid all the bans and left it. We still have an account that has lasted sitting at 10th prestige level 1 using this glitch which still remains untouched. While all this was happening the leaderboards were also frozen/broken from recording anything which might explain why such a poor ban wave was done.

As for this glitch, how are you going to catch an account when it literally duplicates every single stat? Once duped how can you tell which is the real and which is the fake? Duping rank 1000 risky but duping something that's low prestige with all Camos or level 55 master let's be real now no one is getting caught imho.

(The amount of coding work needed to implement a patch for these glitches seems quite scary also, when the first prestige glitch came out for example, they totally disabled the division master guy from use to buy more time to fix it. Would not want to imagine what kind of work is needed with this one.

Also let's not forget to mention all the boosters at the top of the leaderboards who remain unaffected since Day 1)

Okay, so they messed up. They had to worry about this along with dealing with game breaking issue like lag/connection. With this being one of the best selling CODs since like BO3, they will give a shit about it. MWR took like 4 months before a massive ban wave got issued.

Exactly, everyone said the Devs didn't care and brought up Bo3 etc.

But when the bans came around they nailed everyone, my friend who only did one game of cage match headshots got banned. Along with literally everyone else that boosted or did the dupe glitch.

If anyone did this expecting not to get banned then they need a reality check.

Lots of people know the method but only a collection of people know how to make it stick. Once more people find how to do it, I guarantee some stupid person will make a tutorial for it and then they will find a way to ban everyone who has done it.
You might get lucky and not get a ban but the glitch will probably get found out by lots of people in the future. The only difference with the BO3 method is that it is for PS4 and that the glitch was not released anywhere and was only told to people's friends etc.

people say that we are being selfish for not releasing the method, but if we do its only going to get patched, look the black ops 3 one for ps4 that fine as its private and no bans or reset, no saying WW2 isnt gonna be any bans or reset only timer will tell.

dont know why people are making such a fuss over people selling the glitch for a high or low price when if they knew the glitch they would more then likely sell them sawell, just like modded lobbies. if people read through the shops and threads theyll see that theirs always a ban/reset chance could happen so their buying at their own risk, atm their a 0% ban/reset.

Man i have no idea why people even do glitches in it. Must get really stern and boring after a while, especially if your already master prestige xD

Same that's why I really wonder when people say guaranteed ban/reset. I respect the opinion but the fact of the matter is that is just not true.

Some things are easier said than done.

I'm just speculating but based on the lousy job of banning and patching the last prestige glitch, I expect nothing less in terms of patching this one.
