Looks fine just the I would save up more for a better cpu

GFE and ShadowPlay isn't really a good enough reason to go with NVidia. AMD GPUs have a perfectly good alternative for both.

Better case, better monitor, better RAM, better PSU, AND I added an SSD. RX 580s and GTX 1060s are over-priced in the US currently, so I'd maybe try to grab a used GTX 970/980 or R9 390(x) instead of a GTX 1060, then put some of the money saved towards a better case and/or larger SSD.

The price is now 840, Do you think the prices will drop back down soon or will they stay the same.

Monitor is out of stock at $80 now, unfortunately. Can get the system closer to $800 than $840, but you're gonna have a tough time getting it under $800 with a 6GB GTX 1060.
