Well to be honest. It does suck that your account has been banned. And more than likely it was banned by a automated system as well which sucks and limits and blocks accounts randomly. The even tougher part is that Microsoft has outsourced so much of their support that even if they did have a Enforcement Team you could reach other than by submitting a case,they barely understand English and simply read from a script so they are basically useless.

I've had atleast 4 accounts banned 1wasmy main and it's has a 7 year tenure in it and it got banned 2 years ago and I have tried everything to get that account back and Microsoft always told me there is nothing they can do. Bc I "broke the Terms of agreements blah blah blah that bullshit.

I remember I got banned for accidentally getting into a online TDM match on Mw2 and a guy was doing an XP Lobby and I'm sure the guy got it from being infected but the point is I left that game I instantly and bought an hour later I got an email saying I was Cheating, yanno the "you were modding/cheating so we now have your account for life" email. Well I tried for days and weeks to get it back bc It was banned for no reason at all.


To this day I'm constantly getting in trouble for the dumbest stuff bc Microsoft takes their stuff way to strict and once they do something about your account there is nothing you can do bc in there eyes you are the one who broke there Rules and now you have to pay for it and it's nothing you can do.

With a tag like that you should have your status always offline. And only message friends. Some where in that process led to this. You wont get it back bro. It sucks but best move :/ good luck

I've had various Accounts, Consoles banned over all the years i have been playing on Xbox Live. I totally understand where you are coming from about the money and games ect. I have heard that they where looking to change that tho so content is never lost. (Who knows when they'll do that.. they have about 100 things to do.) But in your case i'm not sure if this apply's to permanent suspensions but i noticed when i was last banned on the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] if you check your Past enforcement actions there may be an option to appeal i'm not sure if this applies to you 100% i just remember seeing it. You could maybe do that and explain the situation, if you really are telling the truth about it then they should know by looking through your previous messages ect... that you did not engage back to the people that where sending you messages in the first place. Its worth a try in my opinion.

Edit: i also just noticed as i was reading through that you contacted them previously if they said that there was clear intent of you trying to sell the account and you did ask them about the messages that you sent in the first place because if you did not say anything of the sort then they should know that. For all you know that guy could have just pulled up the messages and seen the whole bunch of messages that was sent to you and thought that was the reason. I don't see why your banned if you are claiming you never responded.

I never told anyone they can buy my account, I believe when I told people no they report me and then they assume.

Idk I don't think it's actually humans reviewing the cases. If they looked they would see I clearly never messaged and one asking them to buy my account nor saying I would sell it to anyone

It could of been people reporting your profile for no reason, that happend to me with one of my old account as well.

I would just make a new account , and keep mic in party chat so people can't here you , that way they don't have a reason to ban you for something you said.
