i got a question for the experienced modding people here, is there a way to mod my BLACK OPS 2 zombies on XBOX ONE?

No and yes. BO2 is not out for XB1 it's BC and is on 360 servers so yes you can mod BO2.

You can mod bo2 on Xbox one yes. It's a 360 game so you will be playing n the Xbox 360 servers.

You personally cannot get on your Xbox One and mod the game through that console. You would have to get on your Xbox 360 launch recoverys tools, menus, and etc. and then you can mod people that are using the xbox one. So you can mod people using the xbox one, but you can't mod on the xbox one.
