So the past few weeks I've been suffering with pains in my knees and my legs below the knees it spread to my lower back, I've been taking pain killers and deep heat on my back, but today at work none of it was working I was in so much pain I was shaking being sick and I was in so much pain I was crying I got told to sit down for 5mins if I'm in that much pain is it legal to keep me at work? I have booked a doctors appointment but the soonest one is next week and I work too much to be sitting in A&E for hours and hours, would be interested to know what laws are regarding this for the next week

Thanks
Heski

It all differs from who you work for and how many hours a week you work, I don't believe they can MAKE you work if you are unfit to do

If you have a doctors appointment booked then get a sick note from them and show that to your employer
