Don't suppose your computer beeps at you when you start it or see any errors lol?
Looks like a stick is dead but it shouldn't boot properly if that it is correct...
Completely hardware diagnostics if able within the Bios or download Hirens.
Alternatively, try moving the stick(s) in different DIMMS

Maybe try taking one stick out see if it reads it as one stick then swap it with the other and try again. One stick at a time. Just to narrow down to see if one stick is dodgy?

How many RAM slots does your motherboard have. For example, mine has 4. I can use either the Red ones, or the Black. I've had mine in the red for a very long time, and decided to switch them over to the Black (cause it was more clean & not as dusty). Also try checking if one of your sticks is malfunctioned and not working properly aka broken. You can do this by take one of the sticks you have in out. (WHILE YOUR COMPUTER IS OFF OF COURSE) Boot up and see if its working. Then shut down and take it out and put the other in. See if it works. Let us know
