Took me about 85 solos before I won my first game. It's a lot harder on pc than console because every player can build so much quicker. Take TSM Myth for example.

The key is to have a height advantage over the enemy who is challenging you. If you can learn how to construct a 1x1 base quickly then this will help you massively.

They need to introduce button mapping on XB1.

With regards to building, pc is more challenging because players can construct bases and cover so much quicker than console. When I've watched console gameplay I notice that they don't always build in close combat. I could be wrong, but that's what I've seen personally.

Oh I got confused. I understand now. I was meaning on console its harder as it takes longer to build. But yeah PC is more challenging against the 'pro' players as they're building and pin point accuracy is unbelievable.

I play on PC so its alot harder than console but id say Just keep playing and work on stuff you're bad at it whether it be Sniping,Building,1V1 Gunfights whatever.Crouch when you shoot because it makes your crosshair smaller and it makes you more accurate.Building is everything in this game Look at ImtheMyth hes the 1# Ranked Player for wins on Fortnite and hes probably the best fortnite player in the world on PC and if you watch him and see how good he is at building stuff you'll understand how important it is that you get good at building stuff on the spot.

Not everyone is good at everygame.

You'll get good over time, and if not. Then the game isn't for you.

There's a couple of things i can recommend when you first start fortnite, pretty much how i won my games.

1. Earlier fortenite players know what i mean with the new controls it doesn't feel right, i changed mine back. (scroll with Y instead of LB/RB) and i have my last built item to reset back to walls.

2.try running a safe route, once you get the hang of the game then you should jump early. I ran the same route for a while, and i still do becuase its good in my opinion.

Jump at the tunnels


Check the wall at the top of the only car in the tunnel, if you get lucky you may find 2 chests, then run to tomato town, and pretty much go from there.
