How's this for a first time build? I'll be playing R6 and counter strike. Any idea of the frames I'll get on 1080p high or medium?

Yeah, I'd change most of it. No reason to get an X370 mobo with a 4 core Ryzen. Get an R5 1600 and B350 mobo instead. Dump that PSU, it's trash. Get something like a Corsair CX450M. $250+ for RAM is just ridiculous, especially in a $900 system. $200 1050Ti is also ridiculous. Do not waste that much money on a 1050Ti. You could easily buy a used GTX 980 for $200 which would shit all over the 1050Ti. You're also going to want an SSD.

What exactly is the system going to be used for? Just games?
Will you be overclocking?
What monitor(s) are you using with this system?

It'd be used for graphic design on the side but mostly rainbow six siege. I'm using a benq gl2760h at the moment.

I'd say not to bother buying 16GB RAM right now tbh, considering how ridiculously over-priced it is. However, if you're set on 16GB then go for it, but you'll need to swap the Meshify C for an Eclipse P300 or something to get the system under $900 if you do stick with 16GB RAM. Or, grab a cheaper motherboard, this one;

Alternative 16GB kit of RAM;

and the RAM I'd probably recommend buying right now;

Also, I know I put a 1050Ti in the system, but it's a placeholder, I recommend getting a used GTX 970 or 980 instead as you should be able to find one for a similar(potentially lower) price pretty easily, and either the 970 or 980 will offer a decent chunk better performance than a 1050Ti.
