RockstarGames are excited to announce that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26th 2018. They apologize to everyone disappointed by this delay. While they had hoped to have the game out sooner, they require a little extra time for polish.

RockstarGames sincerely thank you for your patience and hope that when you get to play the game, you will agree the wait will have been worth it. In the meantime, please check out these screenshots from the game. RockstarGames looks forward to sharing a lot more information with you in the coming weeks.

Good thing there's a definite release date. I don't think I'll be able to play the game nearly as much as the first one seeing not in middle school anymore, but I am super excited!

This game is going to be huge! The graphics alone are stunning. I am not even upset with the delay. GTA got delayed, and look how good that game is.

It will be delayed at least one more time. I have never played the first one so I don't think I can buy this one.

It's been delayed how many times? It's going to happen. I'm honestly just waiting for them to cancel the game at this point.
