-Backwoods wroteContinuous wrote-Backwoods wrote Tbh. When people say they hate cops in their area is because when they get pulled over or anything they make a racial discrimination against them if they are colored. The cops go on high alert because they think they're gonna get hurt by anyone of them. But when a white dude gets pulled over its a complete different story.
It seems like a lot of people make a big deal out of nothing. For example, a white cop pulls over a black woman because she was speeding. The woman thens decides to play the race card and make the cop feel bad. There is no need for that. The woman was in the wrong and should accept the ticket.
If you truly were not doing anything wrong, and the cop really was racially profiling then I think that is wrong. But it seems like a lot of people try to use the race card to justify their wrong doing and it is pathetic.
The cops around me are exactly like that. Yes there are good cops and yes there are bad cops. The only difference is the cops near me handle the situations way different. I have witness both racial situations. From literally just sitting in my car with friends in a car parked in front of me and cops show up out of everywhere and mfs just start getting thrown because "they thought they heard a girl scream." And there were no girls even around... another situation where I got pulled over by the one of the cops who pulled up to us and it was a complete different attitude.
What does either of those situations have to do with race? You would need to give more detail. The cop was probably just doing his job and things got out of control. For example, someone called and said you looked suspicious or you were loitering. Every situation is different.
Hell, at this point unless you have video of the altercation, I would find what you said very hard to believe.
What I think happened is you and your friends were getting angry and started giving the cop trouble. I have never seen a cop just freak out and starting throwing people around. Normally they would ask for you to step out of the car and would not man-handle you. You must have gotten irate and then things started going south.
The reason people yell **** cops is because they feel they are being dealt unjust. They feel that the government is against them 24/7.
This is the biggest load of bull s*** I have heard in a while. If you are not doing anything wrong, then you should not have anything to fear. If you read my comment, you would now that I dont really like cops and prefer to be cautious around them. But I do not hate them.
Let me guess you think the shooting of Michael Brown was "unjust"? Many of these blm protests are stupid. They pick a dumb case like the Michael Brown case and want to protest about it. The moms and family members will go on tv and tell everyone how their kid was so good and would never cause anyone trouble. And it is insane. If that person was so good then why did he do what he did?
Tbh. People don't do crimes for NO REASON. I can't say their reasons but imagine yourself in that situation. Living in poverty. Can't get a job. Go to government offices to get further to only be set back. You don't have a home. You're living couch to couch. Its a lot deeper than you might think it to be. "I DON'T SEE WHY PEOPLE DO CRIMES..." open your eyes and figure out why then! It's literally not that **** hard.
Obviously people don't do crimes for no reason.
You need to specify what crimes you are talking about.
But there is no excuse for robbing people. Anyone who goes and steals from another person just because their life sucks atm deserves to be in prison. You should not make other peoples life suck just because your life sucks. The same thing applies to other crimes.
Think about this situation. Your living in poverty and want to get out of it. You go and still a car trying to make some money. That is going to drastically affect the owners life.
And then in the situation where the robber gets shot or killed, it seems like all hell let loose. The robbers family wants to sue the owner and try to make it look like the owner was in the wrong and the robber was just trying to better his life. Now you have affected the owner of the vehicle's life even more. It is really pathetic and people who think like you do, need medical treatment.
And this goes back to what I was talking about earlier. You and people who think like you try to justify your wrong doing. You will make up any excuse you can think of just to justify your wrong doing.
First of all, I don't think you got the point of my post. Second of all, I'm saying it's not about race but when you see cops being 100% more unjust towards them than others in your neighborhood then maybe you start to see the other point of view.
No, I do not get the point of your post.
You are using very general words such as them. I do not know what you mean by them. Are you talking about people who are non-white? People who are white? Please explain more. I understand the other point of view. I know that police do discriminate based on race. But for most situations, race has nothing to do with it. Cops normally do not just pull people over because they are a certain race, you have to be doing something wrong such as speeding or not using a blinker.
I'm NOT saying that robbing somebody of their property is okay. I'm saying that if the cops didn't pull them over for any and everything then maybe they would be set out to do more. You need to expand your point of view towards situations envolving cops.
I'm NOT saying you LIKE cops or DON'T like cops. That is your own personal opinion.
As I just said, cops don't pull people over just because they want to. Police pull people over because they are breaking the law.
I understand that you do not think robbing people is okay, but you did try to justify it earlier.
I am open to other pov's. I just feel like most of the times, people cause a problem for themself, it is not the polices fault.
On to the point of "you need to specify which crimes..." why would I NEED to specify any crime, I've known people who robbed stores TO FEED THIER OWN F***ING CHILDREN because the cops and government which everybody takes a stand by is putting them down. Not aloud to get food stamps, or any governement help. Not letting them get jobs. Letting the rich get richer and let the poor get more poor. The jobs near them automatically judge them because they can't afford to live anywhere else.
You would need to specify crimes, because there is a difference between crimes that do not affect innocent people such as selling weed (normally) and crimes that do affect innocent people such as robberies (normally). I see no problem with people selling weed to better their life. But their is no excuse for people to better their life through crimes such as robberies. I do not care how much your life sucks, those crimes are never the answer.
If you can not provide for your children, you should never have brought them into this world. I hate that children are in the system, but in that situation it is better for the parents to put the child in foster care. The kid should not be around parents who think that robbing people is okay.
I have not seen the government and cops put people down for no reason. If you meet the requirements, then you should be able to get food stamps and other services.
Nobody is going to give things out. It should not be that way. You should be able to provide for you self and not rely on others to donate to your charity case. Unless you are a felon, the government is not preventing you from getting a job. You just have to go out and look harder.
It seems like you and the people you are talking about are acting like a victim. You would rather have a hand out instead of work for your things just like everyone else. You think the system is against you for no reason.
All I'm saying is expand your views on everything. Open your eyes. There will always be rebels.
My eyes are open. You just need to realize how the world works. You need to work for your things. And if you are in the wrong then you need to accept it.

Very illogical view point, I don't like chesse doesn't mean I'm lactose. I could hate Donald trump and not be a demorcat. For you to generalize people like that is part of the issue, people tend to think people who fit silimar traits are "criminals" and treat them as such...

I have no probeltm getting in trouble for my crimes but when I'm not in the wrong maybe the cop needs to realized it. Just cause their a cop doesn't mean they are always in the right man.
