I dont need a keyboard mouse or monitor.

I will be mainly using this for light gaming such as fortnite , csgo, etc...

I will also be using this for programming and using programs such as visual studio, android studio and lots of multi tasking.

I was looking into if it fits a coffee lake chip and maybe a 1070 if i can get one for like 3000-400.

Thats all i am looking for really i dont think i need to overclock.

If you need any more specs just leave a comment below.

I live in Ireland and my currency is Euro.

Slap a 1070 on this and it will handle your needs with ease.
I didn't put the 1070 in the build due to the current state of inflation of GPU pricing.
Like you said you should be able to get one for around 300 euros.

I did put the i5 8600k so you can over clock if you choose to later on.

If you have any questions just let me know!

Those refer to the amount of vram on the card, aka how much video memory they have. Higher quality textures require pulling more video memory from the card, meaning the higher the res or quality the more vram the application is going to use.

Depending on what resolution you're playing on. Anything over 1080p and I'd recommend at least 4GB.

As for the brands you can't really pick a "bad" brand, there are some cheaper ones out there you just need to check out what's included on the card. What varies from card to card is typically build quality, noise, cooler, overclock, and warranties, maybe I'm missing some things. Right now I'd say go for the cheapest possible since prices are so crazy, but MSI, ASUS, and EVGA are the best known for their cards.

Since your budget is Euro and not GBP, you'll need to tell us where you're from. Ireland, Germany, France, etc?

What monitor(s) will you be using with this system?
Any preferences(aesthetic, storage, etc)?

Country : Ireland.

Monitor: Would like an IPS with a bordless/ultra thin bezel 24inch.

Preferences : Intel chip as some programs dont preform well on AMD. White case tower and thats it really. Also I will need Windows 10 which i didnt specify in the original post.

You dont need to include the gpu so total spend will be 700 and I will leave 300+ for the gpu if they ever go down in price.

So, do you need a monitor now?

If not;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£155.94 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£117.99 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£158.17 @ Aria PC)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£111.54 @ Aria PC)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£74.95 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£52.56 @ CCL Computers)
Total: £671.15

Grab a used GTX 980 and you're good to go. A used GTX 970 would also be fine if you find one at a reasonable price. £150-170 for a GTX 970, £190-210 for a GTX 980.

If you need a monitor within budget, something like this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£155.94 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£90.95 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£76.79 @ Aria PC)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£65.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£47.96 @ Ebuyer)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£52.56 @ CCL Computers)
Monitor: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£199.94 @ More Computers)
Total: £690.13
with a used GTX 970.

Alternatively, you could get this monitor;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and put the £45 or so that you save towards the better SSD, or better motherboard and case from the first build.

and here's a couple of white cases;

P400S>S340 Elite, but the S340 would do.

You can use Windows 10 for free, or buy a key from somewhere like G2A or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for less than £25-30.
Oh, and I'd check /r/hardwareswapUK for used GPUs.
