I don't know if there actually is any but you'd be banned pretty much instantly.

There is mod menus, and other hacks/cheats around, but you will be banned very fast if you use them, if you even get to use any before the anti-cheat bans you.

on top of the ban you'd receive, they can take legal action against you to, it is not worth the risk.

I believe so, but as others have said you will for sure receive a ban, and get banned pretty quick if im being honest. Its not even worth looking into mate, man up and play the game legit.

Doubt they will pursue a lawsuit for cheating, cheating is very wide scaled throughout every gaming community.

On the topic of modding Fornite I recommend not trying to find one, you will be banned and ruin the game for other people, but do it on your own terms.

Yes you can, but the game publisher is taking mods seriously and is federally prosecuting modders and the people who use them. I would avoid getting in trouble.
