I've contacted before, I was told even if a gamertag is in active, or not available for some reason, it's in their system and there's no way for them to actually give you that tag, unless they're reset again, but I guess nothing is impossible.


Edit: No Support agent has the ability or the tools to do it, I doubt you'd get a response from the high ups, probably only way is gamertag reset again :/

sorry to break it to you but I tried to get the gt ACE and I made a deal with them that there was thousands of others with the same deal which was when t comes into circulation again they would message my Xbox account and unfortunately they didn't and it also came into circulation at random u just gotta try everyday once a day it's the only way

Gamertag reset would be so nice, there are a few I want.

You have to wait till a gamertag reset, I have an idea of when the next one is, but they post about it anyway
