I recently had my computer rebuilt professionally with new CPU, MOBO, RAM as well as a new PSU. It was working extremely well for about a week to a week and a half. Then I went away for a week, I got home and played for only a few hours before I noticed it froze while playing Fortnite. I tried to pres CTRL + ALT + DELTE to bring up the control panel menu, but it was completely frozen could shut it down properly so I was forced to hold down the power button on the tower. Which I'm familiar that's never a good way to shut down a computer, but as I said that was a last resort option.

So moving on, I turned it back on and I noticed it wouldn't display anything on my monitor any more. Also, I noticed it sometimes wouldn't register my mouse. I could tell it wasn't registering even with no display because the mouse wasn't glowing. So I read that I could clean install windows 10, but I don't know how to do that with it having no display. I kind of want to do that as a last resort though. I did think I could I try to plug the monitor it the motherboard port and try to boot it like that and see iff it displays anything.

Anyways, TL;DR: My newly rebuilt computer was working excellent for a ~week or so. It completely froze while playing Fortnite and as a result it won't display anything now.

Sounds like a problem from where ever you got your PC "rebuilt" from. Take it back to them and say it's not working correctly. This could be a number of reasons but save your self the hassle of troubleshooting and send it back.

If this isn't an option, could you tell us your specs please.

Have you tried using the igpu to see if it would display. If you're able to boot reinstall the drivers
