Now I could make this rant last forever but I hate how bad my life has become dude to these problems. My ocd effects me negatively and the anxiety has ruined my teenage years. I'm finally getting the meds and soon therapy. Just doesn't stop. Always weighs heavy on my mind.

I have anxiety and I take medication for it, I've also been to multiple therapists.
I get where you come from, it really does ruin everything and makes you always think.
I do the best I can too avoid it and it still comes back.
Hopefully everything works out for you man you aren't alone

Everyone faces some sort of anxiety at different levels and we're all different. It's finding the way to come through it and be positive.
Hope everything is okay man and the meds and therapy help. <3

I have extremely bad anxiety and it does effect you ever hour of the day, I had the pills and meetings and I wouldn't put anyone down but they did nothing for me... I think the best thing I ever do is go for a drive and chill to music and smoke (not weed) I just like to chill with films and binge watching tv, hope anyone who is effected by these things is okay and seeks the treatment they need, that being self prescribed or not

I personally deal with anxiety myself, I have decided against taking perscription drugs that will only prolong my misery. On that note I have found alternate ways to make sure I push myself through the anxiety and the depression that shadows this mental instablitity, this routine involves actually thinking "What is good about my life I have (relationships, roof over your head, necessity of living)? What do I love doing and want to continue doing?" just asking yourself some of these questions will prove to your brain that you are not just the shy timid person you think you are, on the outside you are a loving human being that has done something great and always striving to do something great. These few things will hopefully persuade you to move out of comfort zone and maybe just try doing something "crazy" (in moderation obviously (; ). Exercising will boost the confidence in yourself and you just need to push your will power to do some of these things. Continue loving, continue doing what you love, continue striving for what you think is right and be happy. I wish the best I don't quite know your exact situation but hoping I can shed some light and maybe prove a silver lining in what your feeling.

Meds do help, some people have to try multiple meds to find the one that works for you. I am currently on meds right now and I don't feel much different on them but they do seem to make my moods/feelings more leveled. I do still have depression etc but it isn't as bad. I do and don't agree with meds. I do believe you can beat depression/anxiety without meds but you have to be very strong-willed. You have to get your life together start working out, surround yourself with positive people etc. The reason I'm on meds is because I had an illness that was horrible and had to be on antidepressant meds because it was so bad and i was dealing with the illness. The anti depressant meds etc suck though. It's very hard to get off of them because your brain depends on them after awhile and they start to feel like they control your life. I'm currently trying to get off of them. But if you are at a place in life where you feel u need meds then get on them. It will help you alot. Just work with your doc to get you on the right ones. Don't take one and then quit after that. There are hundreds of antidepressants out there and you will find one that works best for u. Best of luck to you bud!

I have PTSD and extreme bipolar depression and anxiety. It truly sucks to live like this and I hate living off pills and relying on pills to make me happy. It sucks. But believe me it's better than letting your thoughts ruin the way you think about things.
Find things to keep yourself busy and distract you. Work. Game. Work out. Channel your feelings torwards something-good. I have real bad anxiety attacks, even had them captured by doctors that say they look and sometimes feel like a heart attack without your heart getting physical pain.
It sucks, when I start having an anxiety attack I lay down, or sit down and just put my head in my hood. You have to relax and breath through it.
IF you ever need to talk buddy, please don't hesitate contacting me.

I got off medication awhile back because it made my thoughts and anxiety so much worse. Sometimes, medication is not a good thing.
