If it's your stream, I'm not sure if you can download but you can try. If you open up your stream or any stream, go to past broadcasts and see if you can download. I know you can do this on the computer, not sure about IOS or Android.

No option to download via mixer app maybe try mobile browser and fetch site as desktop
