So this is for a PC, mouse and keyboard
I'm looking to spend upto like £600 GBP
I don't know how to build a PC myself so am wondering if there are any websites that build them for you?
I just need the PC to be good for Streaming console games and be able to run PC games like CSGO, Overwatch, fortnite etc.
Any help and advice would be appreciated

Grab any cheap kb/mouse combo for, you can easily upgrade later. You could probably get away with dropping the 1TB HDD for now, just run the SSD for now and add an HDD later, it's up to you. You could easily swap the R5 1600 for an R5 1400(or even an R3 1200) to save some money if you wanted. In fact, you'd probably be able to get away with an APU easily, so you could drop the GTX 1050 and swap the R5 1600 for an R5 2400G, or even R3 2200G to save £100-150+.
