Here man this should work

1. First you must have your animation
2. Go to the top of Cinema 4D and choose render.
3. In the dropdown menu choose render settings.
4. While in render settings go to output.
5. Under output go to resolution.
6. Change the resolution to 1280 x 720 for best quality.
7. Now still in render settings go to save.
8. While in save choose path and open the folder or spot where you want it saved.
9. Now next to format you choose QuickTime Movie.
10. Then you change the options of the QuickTime Movie from animation to mpeg 4.
11. Heres were everybody messes up. Dont Click the Blue Save BUTTON!!!!
12. Instead click Render at the top of Cinema 4D again.
13. Now choose Render to Picture Viewer and it should be rendering!
14. It will take a long time so let it render , then when its done it will be where you saved it
