I just now got around to publishing my build on pcpartpicker, but here it is. I build it on August 11, 2017 and it was the best thing I've ever built...
I put a lot of time and effort into this build and had a lot of fun in doing so. This is the second build I have ever completed. Questions about the build and constructive criticism is appreciated. (yes I realize in the picture the wrap is still on the glass )

Why a 1070 vs 1080 for 2 1080p monitors @ 144hz?

Part of it was I was already over my budget and didn't want to spend anymore.
The other part was that I knew I would already be able to run all the games I would want at top graphics anyways so there wasn't really a point. I don't record or stream and the second monitor usually only has discord or a website open so that doesn't strain too much. I just didn't feel it was needed at the time of the build. I don't regret my decision one bit, everything runs better than fine.
