2,4,5 are kinda irrelevant if you are running it on Xbox One.

Everyones specs are the same if you play on the original X1.

We dont pay for loot crates, but I assume we will in the future.

The game just came out for us a few months ago, so the whole "adding repetitive things" for PUBG isnt an issue yet. It is all still very new.

I play both games and really I do not see why people say they are similar. I do not find them similar at all. I prefer PUBG > Fortnite because I feel I value my life more in pubg than fortnite, but to each their own!

PUBG you have to pay for a game that still isn't complete.

Fortnite is free. That's my opinion.

No girls know how important pubg is but they know how important fortnite is. Fortnite is better since I see snap stories of people winning but no Stories of people winning on pubg.
Fortnite>PUBG

Recently i have to say Fortnite has been killing PubG i think the main reason being they keep pushing out content like every other week and i guess people expected more from pubg some even think that they couldn't cope with the high success the game got. I love both games and i think they are both unique in there own ways. Yes PubG has some issues when running but i have seen it somewhat playable on ever lower end devices running like G4560 with no GPU ect. But the main reason i would have to agree with on this is the free to play part its why its generally better because it means more players will be playing it.

From a console perspective, Fortnite runs wayy better then PUBG on xbox. But i didn't hate my time on the game.

It's just the blob building,falling through the map, 2 FPS gunfights are so unbearable i couldn't force myself to play it any more. Then they had the audacity to say it runs better on the Xbox one X which wasn't that much of a difference from what my friends tell me.

When all came together, i had a great time on pubg, it felt good to run and hide, running tactically through buildings, leaning,peeking ect.

Both games have their pros and cons, pubg more cons then Fortnite (Console BTW)

3 PUBG Pros (Gotta list console again, don't wanna get roasted.)

1.Feels good to win in the game, you really work hard for them, even if it takes 40 mins+ but its worth it in the end.

2.I like how you can customize you gun to get advantages, might lose a gunfight because the guy had a grip and you didn't

3. Maps huge, so it doesn't get repetitive, it would probably take weeks to land everywhere and be successful

3 PUBG Cons

1.Capped frames at 30, Barely even reaches that, in gunfights it drops to around 5-10 FPS.

2.Setting your inventory up is such a hassle, and there's so many controls they tried to fit on one controller, it just doesn't feel fluent enough to get used to, so the game has a learning curve due to the controls being so clunky. When i first started, it took me nearly 1-3 mins to loot one guy, a bit faster once you get used to the game, but still slow, even if your a pro.

3. Just the start drop, its so buggy its insane, if you land on a top of a building and jump, you'll fall a couple of floors down, possibly through the map. Clay buildings, gotta wait 30-40 seconds for loot to appear.

Fortnite Pros and Cons (Console btw)

3 pros.

Games really easy to learn and get used to, its goofy colors is super welcoming, reminds me of borderlands.

60 Frames on a console game

The 2 skill gaps, one being gun skill, and the other being building, if your a god at gunskill (which most of us here are, we all came from cod and halo so it comes easy to most of us.) but you'll get destroyed if you run into a god builder.

3 Cons

The Inconsistency of the shotguns. One day you'll chunk a 170 off someone with a Pump Shotty, another day you'll hit someone standing still with a point blank 7 due to either server delay or just plain lag.

Right side advantage, happens in a lot of 3rd person games.The camera is over your left shoulder so it makes it easier to peak corners and sort of promotes camping in buildings, long unnecessary staredowns because they have the advantage.

(cant think of anything else without listing anything of personal preference, not to sound biased.)


So Tl;dr, The two games cant be compared, one to another, if you like one, play that, if you don't, play the other, comparing the two is like comparing Halo 2 to Mw2 because they're both FPS.

I used to play pubg alot but playing fortnite is more fun for me

Fortnite just more fun and I have payed for the season and already got to tier 43 and got enough vbucks saved for next season so I think the playability of Fortnite is better for me

I prefer Fortnite myself, I just honestly like the game more.
