Yeah i just checked that bro, however think I need to sort the avatar update out, its been messing my whole rgh up

Sometimes you have to delete your profile and re-download again on RGH.

xbl has been more messed up than psn recently its best to wait until the status page shows all green.

Its not that bro, its giving me an error code when ever I try and do anything, i think its to do with that system update/avatar update thing, i need to delete it and re install it another way i think, when you click xbox button, the gamerpic on the top middle of it is always grey and its pissing me right off im selling the stupid thing soon

Try clearing your system cache,
Since you didn't state the whole error code we won't know what the problem exactly is but you may have to sign in with the account on Xbox.com or create it on xbox.com & download it to your RGH.

I have tried everything boss, tried all of that, cache, xbox site, the error code is something like d000009a and thats it, doesn't let me do most things when it comes to XBL
