Yes i Have had this problem before though and all my tools dont connect because of JRPC2 so xbox360isbest has said its neighborhood so i have uninstalled that and now after the install set up, it wont open neighborhood, it DOES NOT open, its installed but i cant set anything to default as it doesnt open

Uninstall it and download from the link I have listed here. This is a good file for Xbox 360 Neughborhood.

I did mate, i tried that link twice, fully uninstalled it, restarted then went onto that link and tried it from there, whenever i click on after downloading it says 'alllow this app to make changes to your device'
I click yes then it does the little setup install thing then when i 'finish' it, i double click to open and it just goes back to the same 'allow this app bla bla'
I tried restarting before opening it too.

My tools weren't connecting at all , due to not having Microsoft Visual 2010. After I installed it , instead of doing a minimum install of Xbox 360 Neighborhood . I could actually do a full install of Xbox 360 Neighborhood , after that all my tools are working fine and can connect without any issues. Or allow the program to be in Windows Defender.


I had to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 , for everything to work fine.
