I did mate, i tried that link twice, fully uninstalled it, restarted then went onto that link and tried it from there, whenever i click on after downloading it says 'alllow this app to make changes to your device'
I click yes then it does the little setup install thing then when i 'finish' it, i double click to open and it just goes back to the same 'allow this app bla bla'
I tried restarting before opening it too.
Connected by Ethernet cable or WiFi? Should work with no issues.

I'm wireless boss. It's not the issue of connecting to neighbourhood it's the fact I can't actually open it. When you double click the icon to open it, it just takes me back to the setup installation of neighbourhood and then I do that, it installs then I go to try double click to open and it carries on doing the set up thing

you have to install it on PC then once it installs then you have to set up for your jtag/rgh

Thanks for the tut, I know bro but step 1, it doesn't ever bring me to that screen? Thats what the problem is I cant get neighborhood to open onto that screen, it just literally keeps doing the shitty set up.

Then after this is finished, how would i open it? I have literally tried double clicking it so many times and literally just keeps doing the setup, it doesn't open.
