my friend cant seem to accept invites or invite people nor is he ever joinable
it does say he is online and i can invite him but when he accepts it doesnt do anything.
he says it has always done this for months does anyone know why will plus rep?

Try changing your privacy to open instead of friends or whatever it says.
Could possibly fix the problem and make it join able for you vice versa

nah dude we tried everything lol even installing or repairing drivers we made him able to join by linking his PS4 for some reason but he couldn't invite us or join us

I just bought Xbox Gold pass few days back but i can be able to play Fortnite, I am a console gamer so kincly help me out in this regard as well

Sounds like a NAT related issue on your friends end. Power cycling his/hers router will probably solve the issue, try this first.

Gold Subscription or a Gold Game Pass? If you bought the "Gold Subscription" you should be available to play multiplayer, but if you bought the "Gold Game Pass" you will get a variety of games to play on the pass that they have but not able to play with multiplayer.
