Hello everyone!
Let me start off by saying that I am a total noob when it comes to PC gaming, but that's why i joined this forum.
After about 10 years of console gaming, I decided that it was time to make the switch to PC gaming and build my own PC. The problem is I have literally no clue how to do that. I tried tutorials on YouTube and articles online but they use way more acronyms and obscure number/letter combos than I can even come close to comprehending, so I joined this forum to hopefully get some more insight into what all of that means and talk to a community that could hopefully help me learn and become an expert PC builder!
If you're patient enough to help me through this I'd love to get in touch with you. I don't plan on starting to build until this summer but I wanted to start understanding the task at hand ahead of time, so I'm excited to start interacting with others here!

Welcome to TTG! Since you're quite interested in building your own PC, I suggest you start in the PC Building Forum which is located here:
Forums/f=334/pc-building-forum.html
Make sure to write a post with your questions and the PC dudes will try to help you out as much as they can. Also, just check out all of the PC related sub-forums under the "Technology" section, which can be found here:

Here you'll find PC General Forum, PC Building Forum (the one I mentioned earlier), PC Gaming Forum, and the important PC Support Forum. Make sure to read all of the guidelines specified for each sub-forum, which are written in the sticky topic found at the top of each section.

pc gaming can be difficult but it is definitely worth it im sure theres a few people around here that you can ask for help
