I have a MSI GS3VR Stealth pro, it has a i7-7700hq Processor and a GTX1060 6gb version, a 250gb SSD, and 16gb of RAM. I have 12Mbps Upload speed and Every time i stream (from OBS) my stream looks pixelated, especially when i move my mouse fast. But when i'm sitting still the stream looks okay. i'm streaming with the x264 Encoder with an output of 720p 60fps with a bitrate of 3500, my CPU preset is Very Fast. i've changed my bitrate anywhere from 2000-3500 and still haven't noticed anything much different, Still looks choppy/pixelated. I'm pretty sure my laptop is capable of streaming a solid 720p @60fps with no pixelation at all. Any tips?? i just don't get how other streamers have their streams run so smooth.

I'm not quite familiar with streaming but I've looked up the laptop you are using and it does stream at 1080p to twitch.

Could possibly be the heat is throttling your CPU speeds though.

Also, try hardwired for internet as well.

I don't stream with OBS, but I do local recordings with OBS on my PC so I have some knowledge of the software. Below is information from Twitch about what you should need for your current streaming specifications.

The above screenshot is a screenshot of the settings that I use for local recordings and you may be able to tone your settings down a bit and use something similar to what I am using for 1080p 60FPS local recordings from your streams. If you could post a screenshot of your stream settings within OBS that would be helpful to know what all settings you are using and to see if I can help you further or not.

Another random bit of information you may not have thought of, but it actually does make a big difference is letting OBS use more resources.
