I've had it for a couple days and have had no issues until i tried to turn it on last night.
I can hear the fan running lightly and can see the green power light go on, but the controller won't even connect.
I've tried a blank launch.ini as well as removing all hdd/usbs. Even tried removing everything (including hdmi) to boot up but still no success.
Any suggestions guys?

He purchased the console from me, was already updated when sent out. He definitely tried to install something as the console was in perfect order when being shipped out.
OP- Does the console boot to the Xbox 360 logo?

360 Logo does not show up. Only thing that possibly could have made an issue is adding a GTA plugin to run a menu. Only thing I have used the console for is BO2, MW2, and MW3. I used tools which just ran off of my plugins I already had set.

Haven't had to use a KV yet. Been unbanned since I received it.

Odd, The only thing I could possibly think would fix it is to rewrite the nand back with a Jrprogrammer or a cool runner because you can't boot xell? Anyone else have any suggestions?

If it's not booting.
Check tv signal make sure all cables are plugged in all the way
If that doesn't work I would definitely say it's bricked or possibly GPU issues.
