Requirements are - Horizon Xbox mod tool(application on the PC) , PC, USB

So download the Gamesave then place the save game in horizon by simply dragging the save in horizon then the save should open up in horizon and while it is open in horizon it should let you edit the 'Profile ID', 'Device ID' and 'Console ID', so to make a save you downloaded to work on your Xbox so it is playable you need to edit Profile ID... etc into your Profile ID... etc to find yours you need to drag your Xbox profile into horizon and again it should show with Profile ID... etc so copy what it says in Profile ID... etc and paste into Profile ID... etc into the gamesave once you have done that go ahead and save and resign to your USB device then put your USB in your Xbox then load the game then select your USB as your storage then you should be able to play the downloaded gamesave.
