Hey guys sorry in advanced if posting in wrong section but I need help. I have a fast metabolism and wondering how I can gain weight because no matter what I eat I see no improvements. I did some research and I just see a ton of different things. Any straight to go tips and also any foods I should eat that will help with gaining?

Eat consistently in a caloric surplus.
Being consistent is the key, if you're just eating more on certain days and slack a few days, it'll slow down your progress a lot.
It would help if you joined a gym too, then you'd be gaining some muscle along with the fat.

A lot of protein. Chicken, yogurt, eggs, protein shakes would all be good to help. Peanut butter with fruit is also really good.

Have the same problem, currently now eating around 3.5k calories a day.
But I also go to the gym and go out for runs. Definitely do something like running 3 times a week, get up early and run 1-3 miles depending on how fit you're. That may burn 200-500 calories. But... when doing exercise like that you'll want to eat double the amount.
Once I do my run I have a protein drink with 1.5k calories, and also have breakfast a few hours after as I'm still hungry due to the run.
Try stick with healthy high carb/calories foods but a bit of junk food every now and then doesn't hurt. Just don't make your whole diet junk food though

Ok I'm gonna force myself to run because i know im not gonna do it lol. And just a bit of curiosity because I read that eating 3.5k calories a day helps like on what you said. What do you eat a day like for example what did you eat yesterday
