I wanna give my mom my old iPhone 7, but have no clue what the the email/password could be, and without it, the phones pretty much useless. Is there anyway to bypass the acivation lock/delete iCould email and stuff?
Apple support is supposed to call tomorrow, so hopefully they can give me a hand, but in the mean time, has anyone else had this problem?

The only two ways of removing the lock is putting in the correct information, or heading to an Apple store with a proof of purchase (like a receipt or something) and explaining to them what is going on. They can remove the iCloud lock, but it will remove everything from the phone so nothing can be backed up.

This happened to before, I had a 6+ then upgraded to the 7 and completely forgot about my old phone until about year later when I was going through some storage. It was working fine, but I restored it and completely forgot the information to the iCloud account on there so I took the phone into an Apple store with proof of purchase and proof of the monthly data plan payments I was making when I had the phone. They restored the phone again and removed the iCloud lock without any issues. No one here knows the real situation except for you, but as long as the phone is actually yours and you can verify that, you will be fine.
