I have now been playing (actual game time) 38 hours. Which personally is enough time to improve. However, I seem to always get very low damage when killing but constantly 1 pumped.. landing in various locations I always end up dead. Quick. Not to mention very bad loot. Never had a RPG or Scar. I honestly think I'm just to unlucky for this ..

38 hour is nothing you arent going to be remotely decent after that unless you practice your building and aim. Scars/rpgs dont mean anything if you can outbuild whoever youre up against

a really good way to get better at this game, is to start at around a 6 - 7 Sensitivity, personally for ADS sen I use 0.36
but jump tilted until you're able to pick up a few kills, I'd always pick up a pump as you've stated it is easy to get 1 pumped over and over, you just need to learn to do it also
Once you get use to whatever sensitivity you've decided to go with increase it over time.
- I've been playing the game since launch, I've only just hit 10 sensitivity, but I decided to take it rather slow.
uh other than that, I'm not sure what to say It's best to use a SHotgun to start with and hip fire for headshots, this way you can get use to whatever sensitivity you've selected, then you can work with AR close range hipfire if you are in those type of situations.
Honestly maybe the Solid Gold will be good to learn as you can go in pick up a scar & other weapons and not all players are really good in there
I'd also recommend you do use Headphones, I have yet to use them < until this week > due to issues with my ears, but trust me it helps more than you can imagine.
< when it comes to building >
Personally I've been using Builder Pro now I don't know if I'd recommend this for you right away, maybe you can try it and get use to it fast like I did. on top of that Building is something that is very much required in certain gun fights and can help you pick up a few kills. so also try your best to build with a higher sense this is much easier
If you play xbox hmu and I'll play if you want.

While 50v50 is out practice building in there.
Learn to build quick 1x1s.
For pushing use ramp and wall underneath.
Im friends with a few people who suck at gunfights but when they get the push advantage get the easy kill.
Also crouching while shooting is way more accurate!

some days i get on and I can kill everyone then other days I cant kill a fly.
you need more play time. when you shoot someone keep high ground to prevent getting low health from an easy kill

38 hours seems kind of low tbh. There is nothing you do otherwise meaning the damage, loot, etc... This game is RNG heavy so the only thing you can do is just play more and learn where the best loot typically spawns

You must play consistently, and work on all your abilities such as building, looting, aiming, etc.
As for doing damage always aim for the head, that does the most damage and is probably why you're always getting one shotted.
As for looting don't go in big places, normally for me I have gotten the most luck from a various amount of small locations then I have with big locations example tilted towers, it may have loot but that loot isn't always the best, small locations like little cabins or whatever in the middle of nowhere often give me the best loot even scars, and stuff like that.
