Ive just updated my RGH onto the latest dash but haven't been on it in a while, I done everything perfectly fine but when I finished the process and started up my rgh it goes into a black screen and says "System Error" the code is E71, anyone know how to fix this?

With a load of Chinese stuff? That would be a band Nand Flash, you've probably got some bad Nand blocks somewhere...i think

Bypass your plugins see if it fixes, its because you have old server files etc. on and need the new ones.

Yes Chinese writing is appearing, it will not let me bypass the plugins or anything, when I try bypass the plugins it just still goes into the screen of E71 error.

its not bad plugins.. user attempted to bypass and still had error. it is a bad nand flash, questions that should have been brought to op in this situation is, does it boot without hard drive. , no it dont error is still present. ok, does xell load, yes it does. ok good, need to redo nand rebuild process. flashing a working nand will also do to get you back on your feet.
